Summer is here!

I have been a slacker in the picture taking department lately and we haven't been doing to much this summer so far besides swimming and playing outside. We have a membership to Alabama Adventure and Delaney is loving it so far this year. We have only been twice, and by the second time she was going down the big water slide all by herself and we could not get her off of it! She is out of school for the summer and hanging out with Daddy in June while I finish my last two classes for my Master's! Yay! I'm so glad I will be done for good at the end of June. Now if I can just find a job we will be all set.

Delaney was also in her first wedding at the of April. She was the flower girl in Clair Weaver's wedding. We love Clair and John and were so excited that we got to be a part of their special day. I wasn't sure what Delaney would do because she had to walk down the aisle all by herself (no ring bearer with her) and they got married in a cathedral church downtown so the aisle was really long! She did amazing, like she had done it a million times!! It was like she knew she had a job to do and she was going to get it done. She even kept the same pace walking slowly down the entire time. I was really shocked and so proud of my big girl! Here she is dancing the night away at the reception after a job well done.

We are going to the beach this weekend with David's sister Traci and we are so excited. We didn't get to go to the beach at all last year because I had so many classes to take and we are so ready! I plan to take lots of pictures since Delaney hasn't been to the beach when she was big enough to remember. We plan on plenty of swimming, relaxing and family time this summer!
