7 months old!

I can't believe Delaney is already 7 months old. This post is a couple of days late she was 7 months on Sunday. We went to the doctor today for another weight check and she weighed in at 14lbs and she was 26.75in long! She is still really little but was on the same growth curve she was on last time so the doctor said as long as she was following a curve he was fine with that. So we don't have to go back until she is 9 months. I'm really glad to be done with doctor visits for awhile! Anyway here are some things Delaney is doing at 7 months:

- She is sitting up really well and can play with toys at the same time

- She has started looking back at us in her carseat and it's really funny!

- She can get up on her knees and rock back and forth like she's trying to crawl so I'm sure it won't be long before she is mobile!

- She loves to look in the mirror at herself and watch you talk to her in the mirror

- She has loved the pool everytime we have taken her so far

- She is starting to get a little more hair now and I actually clipped a bow in her hair for the first time the other day but it wasn't very stable!

- She loves to stare at the dogs everytime she wakes up from a nap

-She says Dada now and she says it all the time! (Were waiting on a mama!)

- She sleeps from about 9pm to 6:30-7ish

- She still usually takes two naps or more for about 2-3 hours at a time

- She really likes riding in the shopping cart

- She LOVES to go for walks in her stroller

- She has started using her sippy cup and is doing pretty well with it so far

- She is on stage 2 baby food

- She is wearing 3m to 3-6m clothes and wears a size 1 diaper (we are about to switch to size 2)

So that's a little of what she is doing these days! She is such a happy baby and is at such a fun age. We have so much fun with her everyday and love watching her learn new things everyday! We love you so much!
