Christmas 2012!

We had a wonderful and super busy Christmas this year. One of the new things we did was travel to Gadsden to see the lights at the falls. We meant to do this last year and never got a chance to go. It will definitely be an every year thing from now on! We loved hanging out with Traci and the whole family and D loved all the lights. We also went to the children's museum that same day. They had a snow room and a cute play area for the kids. We had fun there as well. Here are some pictures from that fun adventure.

Our first family Christmas was with the Brizendine side of the family. We always have so much fun with them and D LOVES her cousins! It was a fun filled day of laughs and lots of family. D got so spoiled, as always, and the adults had fun playing our annual dirty Santa game.

The next Christmas celebration was at my mom's house on Christmas Eve. We always go to my moms around lunch and eat there and then open gifts with her. We always have tons of fun over there, and she outdid herself again this Christmas. One of D's favorite gifts was her Doc McStuffins doctor kit. She also got tons of clothes, a Rapunzel doll, and lots of other goodies. She also spoiled David and I as well! Once we were done with gifts we relaxed and waited for the rest of her side of the family to arrive later that afternoon. D loves that there are so many "big girls" on that side of the family and just acts like one of them. They are all so sweet to her and always include her. We all had a fun day!

Our last celebration was on Christmas morning and Christmas day. We spent the morning at our house checking out all of the goodies from Santa. I was horrible and didn't take any still pictures. Delaney's big request that she got this year were a princess bike and an Aurora doll and matching dress. She also got a few things for her dolls and some other princess things. She loves dressing up right now and anything girly! We had a wonderful Christmas this year and are SO BLESSED with all the Lord has provided for us. We are so thankful for the birth of our Savior and loved celebrating His birth!
